Having studied art at college, gaining a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration in 1991, I went on to become a 3D Illustrator and model-maker, which involved sculpting and painting in the advertising and film industry.

After 14 years I have now decided that I want to concentrate more on animal paintings as this has always been an interest of mine. I often travel to exotic countries just to observe wild animals in the wild doing their thing, taking notes with my sketchbook and camera.

I paint many pet portraits, often lost loved ones and I enjoy the challenge of capturing each individual character.
